Discover the world. From immersive experiences in remote communities to adventures in wonderful scenarios around the world. Going on immersion with Catholic Mission opens the door to new worlds of discoveries, adventures and friendships waiting to be made. The purpose of an immersion is for participants to experience life, faith and justice from a new perspective and return home inspired to live a personal sense of Catholic ‘mission’ in Australia.

The Church being Catholic, that is universal, is well poised to lead the way in celebrating the riches of God’s diversity and actively promoting inclusion in building here and now the ‘new heaven and new earth’. To work effectively in this rapidly changing environment requires increasing cultural competency.
